​Mortgage Assistance Program: Each applicant will have to provide proof that they are in the arrears, or a foreclosure letter. My organization will provide mortgage payment assistance and work with their lender to get the foreclosure postponed if it is not too close to the deadline to see if the applicant may qualify for a loan modification. Each applicant will still have to go through the application process, which is: Applications will be filled our per family/applicant to obtain their demographic and financial information. They will have to provide proof that they are either unemployed or two recent paycheck stubs to verify their income, a utility bill for proof of residence, a copy of the adult applicant’s driver license, and a copy of social security cards for each family member.

Rental Assistance Program: Applicants will have to provide proof of eviction or proof that they are in the arrears to seek assistance. Applications will be filled our per family/applicant to obtain their demographic information. They will have to provide proof that they are either unemployed or two recent paycheck stubs to verify their income, a utility bill for proof of residence, a copy of the adult applicant’s driver license, and a copy of social security cards for each family member.

Utility Assistance Program: Each applicant will have to provide proof of a past due utility bill/bills to seek assistance. Applications will be filled our per family/applicant to obtain their demographic information. They will have to provide proof that they are either unemployed or two recent paycheck stubs to verify their income, a current utility bill for proof of residence, a copy of the adult applicant’s driver license, and a copy of social security cards for each family member.
