Programs

Rental Assistance Program: Applicants will have to provide proof of eviction or proof that they are in the arrears to seek assistance. Applications will be filled our per family/applicant to obtain their demographic information. They will have to provide proof that they are either unemployed or two recent paycheck stubs to verify their income, a utility bill for proof of residence, a copy of the adult applicant’s driver license, and a copy of social security cards for each family member.

Utility Assistance Program: Each applicant will have to provide proof of a past due utility bill/bills to seek assistance. Applications will be filled our per family/applicant to obtain their demographic information. They will have to provide proof that they are either unemployed or two recent paycheck stubs to verify their income, a current utility bill for proof of residence, a copy of the adult applicant’s driver license, and a copy of social security cards for each family member.

Mortgage Assistance Program: Each applicant will have to provide proof that they are in the arrears, or a foreclosure letter. My organization will provide mortgage payment assistance and work with their lender to get the foreclosure postponed if it is not too close to the deadline to see if the applicant may qualify for a loan modification. Each applicant will still have to go through the application process, which is: Applications will be filled our per family/applicant to obtain their demographic and financial information. They will have to provide proof that they are either unemployed or two recent paycheck stubs to verify their income, a utility bill for proof of residence, a copy of the adult applicant’s driver license, and a copy of social security cards for each family member.

For the Loan Modification Process: Each applicant will have to provide proof of residence, which is a current utility bill. Two to three current paycheck stubs, and 2 most recent months of bank statements. They will also have to provide their most recent 2 years of tax information. A Member of our Staff will assist each applicant in filing out their financial application to submit to the lender. Once the Staff Member has gathered all the required documents, they will contact the appropriate Representative from the lender to submit the loan modification to the underwriting department for review. We will expedite the process for each applicant, an ensure that the lender keep the foreclosure sale date postponed until a decision has been rendered.

Workforce Development Consultation and Referral Program: I will schedule a consultation with each constituent to understand what their current career is and what new career or skills they are seeking, and provide them with a referral. I will partner with other agencies to assist my agency in meeting constituents career goals. This program will be designed to assist constituents in getting their cover letter and resumes reviewed, and to also seek new skills for a better career. My agency will partner with other agencies to execute this program.
